to pay to Caleb Film ore Cross, late Collector of State Taxes
in the second collection district of Howard county, the sum oi
forty-nine dollars and seventy-six cents, erroneously paid into
the treasury for State taxes for the years 1890 and 1891 inclu-
sive, with interest, the same having been recommended by the
officers of the State treasury.

CHAPTER 115.

AN ACT to prohibit the firing of guns, cat rifles, pistols or
any explosive instrument of metal, by persons under twenty-
one years of age, within one mile in any direction of the
Library Hall in Catonsville, Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person under the age

county jail for not less than five days nor more than thirty
days, or be both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the
court or justice of the peace.
