SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the mortgage to
secure the payment of the said bonds authorized by the first
section of this Act shall not be executed by said corporation,
nor shall the preferred stock authorized by the second section
of this Act be issued by said corporation until the execution
of said mortgage and the issuing of said stock, or either, shall
have been approved by a special meeting of the stockholders
of said corporation at a meeting called for such purpose or at
a general meeting.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 104.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article two of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County,"
under the sub title " Stock and Swine," to be designated as
Section 221 A, and to come in after section 221 of said
Article.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional section be and the same hereby is
added to Article two of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County," under the sub-title " Stock and Swine,"
to come in after section 221 of said Article, to be designated as
Section 221 A of said Article, and to read as follows:
221 A. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to allow
horses, mules, horned cattle, goats, sheep or swine to run at

large in the village of " Centralia," of the fourth election dis-
trict of Anne Arundel county, or within the boundaries of said
village, as follows : On the north by the Washington branch of
the B. and O. R. R. ; on the east by the county road leading
from Savage Factory to Patuxent or Portland Station; on the
south by the land of Lloyd E. Dorsey ; on the west by the
land formerly owned by Barber and Hamilton ; any person
who shall violate any provision of this section shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
not more than tive dollars for each such offense, together with
the cost of prosecution, and on failure to pay said fine and
costs of prosecution, shall be committed to the House of Cor-
rection for not more than thirty days ; one-half of any fine so
