SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the place of holding elec-
tions in said election district number thirteen, shall be at Kitz-
millersville.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted. That the Governor shall appoint

sors of Garrett county shall appoint the necessary registration
officers, judges of election, and clerks of election in and for
said new election district number thirteen.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the Board of Election
Supervisors for Garrett county shall furnish a proper book for
registration, and other paraphernalia as required by law, and

to deliver the same to the registration officers of said election
district number thirteen, and at the same time shall deliver to
said registration officers a full. and complete list of all duly
qualified voters of election districts numbers one and ten, as
now established, and said registration officers of said new elec-
tion district number thirteen shall transcribe from said list and
enter into alphabetical order in said book or books, intended
for the new district as aforesaid, the names of all such duly
qualified voters residing within the limits of said election
district number thirteen, and in adding any new or other names,
or striking therefrom any name or names, they shall be gov-
erned by the provisions of the general election law applicable
to Garrett county.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the
officers of registration of election districts numbers one and
ten to strike from the list of qualified voters on the registra-
tion books thereof the names of all persons residing within
the limits of said election district number thirteen.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That said election district number
thirteen shall be entitled in all respects to all the rights and
privileges held, or to be held, and enjoyed by the other election
districts of said county.

Privileges.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That all Acts inconsistent with
the provisions of this Act be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
