SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That all bridges constructed
after the passage of this Act shall not be less than sixteen feet
wide.

SEC. 12. And be it enacted. That the said County Commis-
sioners are hereby authorized to levy and set aside annually a
sufficient sum of money to carry out the provisions of this
Act, and for such other improvements as in their judgment
they may deem necessary for road purposes.

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That all laws or parts of laws
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same
are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 499.
AN ACT to amend Article XCIII of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law," by
adding a new section thereto, to be known as Section
290 A.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article XCIII of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law," be and the same
i» hereby amended by the addition of the following new sec-
tion, to be known as section 290 A.

New section
added.

SEC. 290 A. Whenever a sale of real or leasehold estate is
made under the authority of the Orphans' Court, and reported
to said court for its ratification, the sale may be ratified by
said court at once without the publication of an order nisi,
provided all parties in interest are sui juris, and their consent
is given to such immediate ratification.

CHAPTER 500.
AN ACT to sanction the deed from Susan S. Silver, since
deceased, to the Deer Creek Harmony Presbyterian Church,
in Harford County, and also a bequest of the late Mary C.
Silver to said church.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction of the Legislature is hereby given and
