CHAPTER 29.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 5 of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Appeals and Errors," to fol-
low Section 76, and to be known as Section 76 A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section, be and the same is hereby
added to Article 5 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Appeals and Errors," to follow section 76, and to be desig-
nated as section 76 A, and to read as follows :
76 A. In any cause in which the party plaintiff or party de-

fendant shall have died either before or after judgment or
decree, the heir, executor, administrator or other proper person
may, if he thinks proper, suggest the death and become a party
in the place of such deceased party, and pray an appeal or writ
of error, and appear to such appeal or writ of error for the
purpose of prosecuting the same ; provided such appeal or writ
of error be prayed within the time prescribed iu this Article.

CHAPTER 30.
AN ACT to repeal Sections two hundred and thirty-one (231)
and two hundred and thirty-three (233), of Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title " Harford
County," sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks."
SECTION 3. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections two hundred und thirty-one (231)

AN ACT to repoal and re-enact with amendments Section 4
of Article XXYI of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Courts."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
