proper position and plainly visible at all times while at work
or going to or from work during the dredging season, and the
provisions of this section shall not apply to Pocomoke sound,
wherein it shall be unlawful at all times to take oysters with scoop,
scrape, drag or dredge, and said license shall not be transfer-
able ; and any person or persons violating any of the provis-
ions of this section, or found guilty of dunnaging his or their
boats to escape a just and proper measurement of the same by
said custom house officials, shall be found guilty of a misde-
meanor and shall upon conviction before any justice of the
peace, or the Circuit Court for Somerset county, be fined in a
sum of not less than one hundred dollars or more than three
hundred dollars for each offence, and sentenced to the House
of Correction for one year.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 433.
AN ACT to repeal Sections two hundred and seven, two hun-
dred and eight, two hundred and nine, two hundred and ten,
two hundred and eleven, two hundred and twelve and two
hundred and thirteen of Article ten of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Liquors
and Intoxicating Drinks," in so far as said sections of said
Article apply to Election Districts number four, number
nine, number six, number eight and number sixteen of Dor-
chester County, and to add a sub-section, to come in after
said Section two hundred and thirteen of said Article, and
after the sub-sections heretofore enacted, to come in after the
same, the said sub-section now to be added, to be applicable
to said Election Districts number four, number nine, num-
ber six, number eight and number sixteen of said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections two hundred and seven, two hundred and
