	Chapter 88. AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments the second section of chapter four hundred and thirty of the acts of assembly of eighteen hun- dred and sixty-eight, entitled "An act to repeal the first section of the act of January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter three hundred and nine, entitled 'An act to add new sections to article twenty-two of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester county, for the protection of partridges,' " and re-enact the same with amendments. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem- bly of Maryland, That the second section of chap-
	ter four hundred and thirty of the acts of assem- bly of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled " An act to repeal the first section of the act of January session, eighteen hundred and sixty- four, chapter three hundred and nine, entitled An act to add new sections to article twenty-two of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester county, for the protection of partridges/ " and re-enact the same with amendments, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments as follows : SEC. 2.
