fifty-eight, fifty-nine, sixty, sixty-four, sixty-five,
sixty-seven, sixty-eight, sixty-nine, seventy, sev-
enty-one, seventy-two, seventy-three and seven-
ty-eight, and to repeal chapter one hundred and
ninety-two of the acts of the general assembly
passed at the January session, eighteen hundred
and eighty, and to enact the following in lieu
thereof for the purpose of extending the limits of
Chestertown, and defining the powers of the com-
missioners of Chestertown to pass ordinances and
by-laws, and empowering the town collector to
collect taxes of delinquents, and provide for the
return by the county commissioners of a portion
