Chapter 546.
AN ACT to amend section thirteen ; to add ad-
ditional sections, numbered twenty, twenty-
one, twenty-three, twenty-four, twenty-five
and twenty -six, respectively, to chapter three
- hundred and twenty-nine of the acts of assem-
bly passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and eighty, and entitled "An act to
amend, by adding additional sections thereto,
providing for the giving bond by examiners,
depositing of moneys collected by them and
payment of said moneys, chapter three hun-
dred and ninety-nine of the acts of eighteen
hundred and seventy-six, entitled ' An act to
repeal an act passed at the January session of
the general assembly of eighteen hundred and
seventy-four, chapter four hundred and forty-
one,' entitled 'An act to repeal an act passed
at the January session of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland of eighteen hundred and sev-
enty, chapter ninety-nine,' entitled 'An act to
lay off streets in Baltimore county adjoining
Baltimore city, and to repeal certain acts in-
consistent therewith, and also to repeal the
act passed at the January session of eighteen
hundred and seventy-two, chapter seventy-
eight,' entitled ' An act, a supplement to an
act,' entitled ' An act to lay off streets in Bal-
timore county adjoining Baltimore city, and
to repeal certain acts inconsistent therewith,
and so forth,' " and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That chapter three hundred and
