used in accordance with chapter four hundred
and ninety-nine, acts of assembly eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-six.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the treasurer

troller of the treasury, pay the said sums of
money herein appropriated for the objects and
purposes hereinbefore specified to or upon the
order of the person or persons, or bodies cor-
porate entitled to receive the same.

take effect from and after the first day of Octo-
