warehouse lots in Baltimore city, four hundred
and forty-eight dollars and eleven cents ; for
the salaries of two inspectors of steam boilers in
the city of Baltimore, fifteen hundred dollars
each, three thousand dollars ; for the salary of
the mine inspector in Allegany and Garret coun-
ties, fifteen hundred dollars ; for insurance for

three years on the state house, furniture and
library, two thousand dollars or so much thereof
as may be necessary ; for insurance for three
years on the governor's mansion, furniture and
stables, seven hundred and fifty dollars or so
much thereof as may be necessary ; for insur-
ance for three years on the house of correction,
one thousand dollars or so much thereof as may
be necessary ; for insurance for three years on
the state normal school building, four hundred
dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary ;
for insurance for three years on the state
tobacco warehouses, two thousand five hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as in the discretion
of the board of public works may be necessary ;
and for the rent of boxes at the safe deposit
company, for the use of the treasury depart-
ment, two hundred dollars or so much thereof as
may be necessary, one hundred thereof for the
fiscal year eighteen hundred and eighty-nine.

COMMISSIONERS OF FISHERIES.

For the salaries of the two commissioners of

ers of fisheries

fisheries, fifteen hundred dollars each, three
thousand dollars ; and to defray the expenses of
the commissioners of fisheries, as per act of
eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter forty-
seven, ten thousand dollars or so much thereof
as in the opinion of the governor, may be neces-
sary.

REFORMATORY AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS.

Reformatory
institutions.

To the State House of Correction, for the sup-
port of the institution, twenty-five thousand dol-
lars ; to the House of Reformation and instruc-
tion for colored children, ten thousand dollars ;
to the managers of the Maryland Hospital for
