spectively, in proportion to the extent of the
said road opened, constructed, improved and

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That nothing in this
act contained shall in any way relate to or effect

the construction, improvement or repair of the
public bridges of said county, spanning the navi-
gable waters thereof, but all other public bridges
shall be considered as parts of the public roads
in the election districts in which they are re-
spectively located.

twenty-three of article ninety-three of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary
Law," be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted so as to read as follows :
323. In proving a will or codicil, all witnesses

thereto shall be examined, if their attendance
can be had.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
