AN ACT to amend article twenty-six of the
Public General Laws, title "Corporations,"
sub-title "Insurance Companies," as amended
at the January session of eighteen hundred
and seventy-eight, chapter one hundred and
six, and at the January session of eighteen
hundred and eighty, chapter three hundred
and eighty-seven, and to amend and re-enact
section thirty-two of said article as so
amended, and to add certain sub-sections,
A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That section thirty -two of

seven, be and the same is hereby amended and
re-enacted, and certain sub-sections, A, B, C, D,
E, F, G and H, are hereby enacted so as to read
as follows :
