Chapter 339.

AN ACT to repeal article fifteen of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Montgomery
County, '"sub-title "Rockville," as amended by
the acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-seven,
chapter sixty-three, and by the act of eighteen
hundred and seventy, chapter one hundred
and seventy, and by the act of eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-two, chapter ninety-two,
and by the act of eighteen hundred and
seventy-four, chapter sixty-four, and by the
acts of eighteen hundred and eighty, chapter
ninety-seven, and by the act of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-four, chapter two hundred
and twenty-six, and by the act of eighteen
hundred and eighty-four, chapter two hun-
dred and seventy-three, and to re-enact the
following in lieu thereof :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That sections fifty-three

chapter ninety-seven, and by the act of eighteen
hundred and eighty-four, chapter two hundred'
and twenty-six, and by the act of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-four, chapter two hundred and
seventy-three, be and the same are hereby re-
pealed, and the . following enacted in lieu
thereof :
1. The inhabitants of the town of Rockville,
