Chapter 316.

AN ACT to make the act of eighteen hundred
and eighty-four, chapter five hundred and ten,
entitled "An act to re-enact chapter three hun-
dred and twenty-six of the acts of eighteen
hundred and eighty, conferring additional jur-
isdiction on justices of the peace, applicable to
Worcester county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That all the provisions of

eighteen hundred and eighty-four shall apply in
all respects to Worcester county as fully and to
the same extent as if said county had been in-
cluded in said chapter five hundred and ten of
the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-four at
the time it was passed.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
