SEC. 29. And be it enacted, That all laws in-
consistent with the provisions of this law are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 30. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after the first Monday in
January, in the year eighteen hundred and
ninety.

Chapter 290.

AN ACT to protect the primary elections of the
Democratic party, and other voluntary politi-
cal associations, and to punish frauds therein
by adding certain sections to the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, article seventeen, title " Queen
Anne's County," under the sub-title "Primary
Elections."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That every primary
