SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said cor-
poration and its successors, by the name and

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be

mon seal for its use, and the same at pleasure
to change, alter and make anew from time to
time, and shall in general have and exercise all
such rights, privileges and immunities as by
law are incident for the exercise of the powers
to it granted by this act.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That said corpora-
tion shall have the right to adopt such by-laws,

the purpose of fraternal use ; aid its members
and their dependents; the education, socially,

members ; establish a fund for the relief of the

it shall in no case pay a greater death benefit

Assembly of Maryland may at any time repeal
this act.

Effective.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
