Chapter 278.

AN ACT to repeal section seven of chapter four
hundred and forty-two of the acts of eighteen
hundred and eighty-six, relating to the protec-
tion of game and wild fowl in Talbot county.

ter four hundred and forty-two of the acts of
eighteen hundred and eighty-six, relating to pro-
tection of game and wild fowl in Talbot county,
be and the same is hereby repealed.

Chapter 279.

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Mountain
Lake Park Association of Garrett county,
whose charter is to be found recorded in char-
ter corporation record, number one, folio sixty-
five, etc., a book kept for the purpose of re-
cording certificates of incorporation in Gar-
rett county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That articles four and five
of the charter of the Mountain Lake Park Asso-
ciation of Garrett county be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted, as follows,
namely :
ARTICLE 4, SECTION 1. The annual meeting of

stockholders for the election of a president and
board of directors, and for general business,
shall be held on the Tuesday nearest to the
fifteenth day of July in each year, and special
meetings may be called by the president at any
time upon the request of a majority of the stock-
holders ; a majority of the stockholders shall
constitute a quorum for the transaction of busi-
ness.
