all persons or voters in said list of registered
voters living within the limits of said precinct
number two, as hereinbefore established ; and on
completion of said work return said book to the
clerk's office of the circuit court for Queen Anne's
county.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the county com-

missioners of Queen Anne's county are hereby
authorized to appoint three election judges for
each of said election precincts for holding elec-
tions therein, and to do all other necessary acts
to secure the proper registration of voters in said
election precincts, and proper correction and re-
vision of the registration already made at the
time now provided by law therefor.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the register of

voters for said fifth election district of Queen
Anne's county, be and he hereby is authorized
and directed to divide the time, now allotted by
law for the registration of voters, and for the
revision and correction thereof as now provided
by law, equally between said election precincts,
of which he shall give due public notice.

Effective.
|
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
