SEC. 30. And be it enacted, That said bailiff
shall have the same power, and receive the same
fees, as constable in Allegany county for making
arrest or serving any process for violation of the
ordinances of the town, or in the discharge of
his duties as bailiff.

hawkers and peddlers.

shall vote against incorporation, then this act
shall be held as utterly null and void.

SEC. 35. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
