SEC. 29. And be it enacted, That the said mayor

plete statement of their receipts and disburse-
ments in some newspaper published in said town,
at least one week before the annual levy. All
the provisions of chapter eighty-two of the acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland passed at
January session of eighteen hundred and seven-
ty-six, entitled "An act to preserve and define

the harbor at Salisbury, and the channel of the
Wicomico river, in Wicomico county, is hereby
continued in force ; provided, that the wharf, as
it now stands, erected by William B. Tilghman
and Randolph Humphreys, in the year eighteen
hundred and eighty-seven, on the south side of
their wharf, in Salisbury, and fronting on the
south branch of the Wicomico river, shall be the
harbor line at said point.
SEC. 31. And be it enacted, That the commis-

sioners, now in office, shall remain and continue
to be commissioners of Salisbury until the first
election, under this act, and until their succes-
sors are elected and qualified, and all their acts
shall have the same effect, and be as binding, in
law, as if this act had not been passed, and that
all acts, or parts of acts, inconsistent with the
provisions of this act, are hereby repealed.

Effective.

SEC. 32. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
