Chapter 21.
AN ACT to repeal section three of chapter two
hundred and seven of the acts passed at the
January session of eighteen hundred and
eighty, entitled "An act to add additional
sections to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Somerset county," entitled "Revenue and
Taxes."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That section three of chapter

two hundred and seven of the acts of eighteen
hundred and eighty, entitled "An act to add
additional sections to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Somerset county," entitled " Revenue
and Taxes," be and the same is hereby repealed.

Repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this
act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

Chapter 22.
AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and
forty-eight of the acts of eighteen hundred and
eighty-four, and to repeal chapter three hun-
dred and thirty of the acts of eighteen hundred
and seventy-four, so far as it applies to the
number of justices of the peace for election
district number one, or fork, of Dorchester
county, and re-enact section one hundred and
twenty of article ten, Code of Public Local
Laws, titled, Dorchester county, sub-title,
" Justices of the Peace," so far as it applies to
said number one, or fork district, of said
county.
