said parcel of land for the purposes and objects
named in said deed, and to hold real or personal
property heretofore acquired by the trustees
under said deed, or hereafter acquired by said
body corporate by deed, will, or otherwise, for
the purpose of protecting, ornamenting, or im-
proving said burial ground, and to sell the said
real and personal property so acquired, and any
part thereof, and to make such rules and regu-
lations for the management of said burial
ground as may not be inconsistent with law.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal chapter forty-one of Public
Local Laws for Calvert county, of the acts of
eighteen hundred and eighty-four, entitled
"An act to encourage the killing of hawks,
big owls and crows in Calvert county."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That chapter forty-one of
Public Local Laws for Calvert county, of the
acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-four, enti-
tled "An act to encourage the killing of hawks,
big owls and crows in Calvert county," be and
the same is hereby repealed.

Repealed.

|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
