AN ACT to amend the charter of the Mutual
Life Insurance Company of Baltimore, as in-

enty-six of the acts of assembly passed at the
January session of the year eighteen hundred
and fifty-eight, and chapter thirty-three of the
acts of assembly, eighteen hundred and sev-
enty.

Mutual Life Insurance Company of Baltimore,
who shall be such by virtue of a policy for not
less than one thousand dollars, issued not less
than one year before the election of any director
or directors of said company, shall be entitled to
vote at such election, and no other members or
other persons shall be so entitled ; members en-
titled to vote, may vote either personally or by
proxy, provided that the proxy shall conform to
the by-laws of the said company.
