be, shall retain such ballots in possession and
custody until such ballots shall be required by
the order of the court having jurisdiction in the

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize the county commissioners
of Harford county to grant a pension to Florida
May White and Harry White, crippled chil-
dren of Henry White.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-

sembly of Maryland, That the county commis-
sioners of Harford county be and they are hereby
authorized to grant an annual pension of fifty
dollars each to Florida May White and Harry
White, crippled children of Henry White, a citi-
zen of said county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
