Chapter 112.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments sections thirteen, fifteen, sixteen, seven-
teen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-five,
forty, forty-one and sixty-five of article thirty-
five of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Elections."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That sections thirteen, fif-

length, strapped and secured on each edge and

and a good lock, and there shall be in the lid a
slit just large enough to admit a single folded
ballot at one time, and the sides of the box shall
be of clear plate glass not less than one-eighth
