	Repealed and re-enacted.	sembly of Maryland, That section three of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-four, chapter sixteen, entitled "An act for the protec- tion of birds in Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties, as amended by chapter one hundred and ninety of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-six," be and the same hereby is repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows : 3. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of acts, general or local, of the State of Maryland, inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be and the same hereby are repealed. SEC. 3.
