CHAPTER 615.

AN ACT to repeal Section two hundred and twenty-three of
Article two of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
Arundel County," sub title "Treasurer," as enacted by the
Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-four, Chapter one,
and to repeal Section two hundred and twenty-nine, and
two hundred and thirty-five, and two hundred and thirty-
six A of said Article, as enacted by the Acts of eighteen
hundred and ninety, Chapter five hundred and thirty-five,
and to repeal Sections two hundred and twenty-four, two
hundred and twenty five, two hundred and twenty-six, two
hundred and twenty-seven, two hundred and twenty eight,
two hundred and thirty, two hundred and thirty-one, two
hundred and thirty-two, two hundred and thirty-three, two
hundred and thirty-four, and two hundred and thirty-six,
providing for the election of a County Treasurer for said
county, by the qualified voters of said county, and defining
the duties and regulating the fees of the treasurer, and
officers employed by him, and to re-enact said sections from
Section two hundred and twenty-two to Section two hundred
and thirty-six, inclusive, with amendments.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections two hundred and twenty two and
two hundred and twenty-three of article two of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title
"Treasurer," as enacted by the acts of eighteen hundred and
ninety-four, chapter one, and sections two hundred and twenty-
nine, two hundred and thirty-five and two hundred and thirty-
six A of said article, as enacted by the acts of eighteen hun-
dred and ninety, chapter five hundred and thirty-five, and
sections two hundred and twenty-four, two hundred and
twenty-five, two hundred and twenty-six, two hundred and
twenty-seven, two hundred and twenty-eight, two hundred and
thirty, two hundred and thirty-one, two hundred and thirty-
two, two hundred and thirty three, two hundred and thirty-
four and two hundred and thirty six, be and the same are
hereby repealed, and said sections, from section two hundred
and twenty-two to section two hundred and thirty-six, provid-
ing for the election of a county treasurer for Anne Arundel
county by the qualified voters of said county, and defining the
