103 E. It shall not be lawful for any person hereafter to
erect, without the permission of the County Commissioners,
any gate upon the roads of said county, under a penalty of ten
dollars, to be recovered before a justice of the peace.

103 F. Any supervisor who shall fail or neglect to perform
the duties required by this act shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and on indictment and conviction, shall be fined not
less than fifty dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars, and
said fine shall be applied to the road fund.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of acts
inconsistent with this act, be and the same are hereby repealed,
and that this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 565.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments the forty-
seventh, forty-eighth, sixty-seventh, sixty-eighth, sixty-ninth
seventieth, seventy-sixth, seventy-seventh, seventy-ninth and
ninety-third Sections of Article twenty-one of the Code of
Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled
"Talbot County," sub-title "Easton," and to add three addi-
tional Sections to said Article twenty- one, one to follow
Section forty-seven and to be numbered forty-seven A, and
one to follow Section seventy-nine and to be numbered
seventy-nine A, and one to follow Section ninety-three and
to be numbered ninety -three A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the forty-seventh, forty-eighth, sixty-seventh,
sixty-eighth, sixty-ninth, seventieth, seventy-sixth, seventy-
seventh, seventy-ninth and ninety-third section, of article
twenty-one of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Talbot County," sub title "Easton," be and the same are
