SEC. 46. It shall be the duty of the County Commissioners
of Kent county to appoint ten extra constables in each of the
five election districts of said county, to arrest and report all
infringements of this act, and said constables to serve for two
years from time of appointment; and it shall be compulsory
on all constables so appointed by the said County Commis-
sioners to serve.

SEC. 47. The provisions of this act shall not apply to water
fowl, English sparrows, bull bats, blackbirds, crows and hawks.

Exceptions.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and sixty, one hun-
dred and sixty-three, and one hundred and sixty-four of
Article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Frederick County," sub-title "Frederick," as re-
enacted by Section 1 of Chapter eight of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at January session of
eighteen hundred and ninety-two, relating to the registration
of voters in "Frederick City," and to re-enact said section
with amendments, so as to read as follows :

SECTTON 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections one hundred and sixty, one hundred
and sixty-three, and one hundred and sixty-four of article
eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Frederick County," sub-title "Frederick," as re-enacted by
section one of chapter eight of the acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed at January session of eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-two, be and the same are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, so as to read as follows:
SEC. 160. The Governor shall, before the first day of April,
previous to the mayor and aldermanic election, appoint one
