SEC. 5. And be it enacted. That the board of directors shall
make all by-laws, rules and regulations necessary for conduct-
ing the business of the company, copies of which shall at all
times be accessible to all persons transacting business with said
Bureau of Information. The directors shall have power to
require payments from each and every stockholder on the
amounts remaining unpaid on the stock of the company held
by stockholders, at such time and in such proportion as they
shall think proper, and under the penalty, in case of non-
payment, of forfeiture to the company of such stock, and all
previous payments thereon; the said assessments to be made as
the by-laws and rules of the said company shall direct.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 466.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
83 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Cambridge," as amended
by Chapter 311 of the Acts passed at the January Session,
1890, and Chapter 499 of the Acts passed at the January
Session, 1892, and to add an additional section thereto, to be
known as " 83 A."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 83 of article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Cambridge,"
as amended by chapter 311 of the acts passed at the January
session, 1890, and chapter 499 of the acts passed at the Janu-
ary session, 1892, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
