377. The said board shall in its annual report to theJMayor
and City Council of Baltimore, embody statements of the
operations of, and the receipts and disbursements for the said
ice boat, and shall send copies of the same to the Governor
and Comptroller of the Treasury of the State.

CHAPTER 424.
AN ACT to protect the catching and buying of terrapins in
the waters of Worcester County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall be unlawful for any person to take or
catch from the waters of Worcester county any diamond-back
terrapin of a less size than four inches length upon the bottom
shell at any time.

SEC. "2. Be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for any
person to buy or sell in Worcester county any diamond-back
'terrapin of a less size than four inches in length upon the
bottom shelf at any time.
|
|
|
Penalty.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any person violating any
of the provisions of this act shall, upon conviction thereof
before any justice of the peace of Worcester county, for each
and every offence, be fined the sum of twenty five dollars and
stand committed to the county jail until fine and costs are
paid, said fine to be paid into the school fund of said county.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
