CHAPTER 400.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article twenty-one
of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Mary-
land, entitled "Talbot County," sub-title "Easton," to be
known as Section ninety-eight.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the following section be and the same is
hereby added to article twenty-one, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, entitled " Talbot County," sub-title
"Easton," to be known as section ninety-eight.

Codification
of ordi-
nances.
|
SEC. 98. The commissioners of said town may provide by
ordinance for the codification of all ordinances which have
been or may hereafter be passed by it, and for the printing of
such codification thereof; and the printed copy thereof, issued
by authority and under the sanction of said board of commis-
sioners, shall be legal evidence of the passage of said ordinances
and the contents thereof in any court of law or equity in the
State.
