B., No. 1476, folio 20, &c. And to the conveyance by Fred-
erick P. Ross to said corporation, of the fee and reversion in
and the annual rent of sixty dollars issuing out of the lot of
ground on the northwest side of Dolphin street, described in a
deed from said Ross to said corporation, dated the twenty-fifth
day of November, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, and
recorded among said records in Liber J. B., No. 1421, folio
11, &c. And to the conveyance by Elizabeth S. Hutchins to
said corporation, of the fee and reversion in and the annual
ground rent of fifty-seven dollars issuing out of the lot of
ground on Hamburg street, in the city of Baltimore, described
in a deed from said Elizabeth S. Hutchins to said corporation,
dated the thirty-first day of March, eighteen hundred and
ninety-two, and recorded among said land records in Liber J.
B., No. 1386, folio 45, &c.

Twenty first. To the conveyance by John F. Goucher and
wife to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the
city and precincts of Baltimore, of the lot of ground at the
east corner of Quaker lane and Belt avenue, described in a
deed from said Goucher and wife to the said corporation, dated
the sixth day of May, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber
J. B., No. 1444, folio 127, &c.

Twenty-second. To the conveyance to the Third Congrega-
tion of the Disciples of Jesus Christ in the city and precincts
of Baltimore, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, of
two lots of ground in Baltimore city, located on the west side
of Calhoun street, and described in a deed to said body cor-
porate from Charles 11. Torsch, dated the sixteenth day of
September, eighteen hundred and ninety, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B., No. 1310,
folio 61, &c., with power to said body corporate to sell, mort-
gage or in any other manner to dispose of said lots of ground.

vary Church, Baltimore city; to the bequest to the Domestic
and Foreign Missionary Society of the Protestant Episcopal
Church in the United States of America; to the bequest to

county; to the bequest to the Convention of the Protestant
Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland, and to the
bequest to the All Saints Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore,
contained in the last will and testament of Amelia R Norris,
late of Baltimore city, deceased.
