CHAPTER 26.
AM ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claim of
the Wm. J. C. Dulany Company for printing sample ballots
and other matters, as ordered by the Executive Department.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the State be authorized
to draw his warrant on the Treasurer of the State for the sum
of twenty-five hundred and seventy-five dollars ($2,575), in
favor of the Wm. J. C. Dulany Company, of Baltimore city, for
printing sample ballots and other matter, as ordered by the
Executive Department, for the elections held November, 1892,
and November, 1893.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 27.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's County to grant a pension to Samuel De Coursey, of
said County.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1.Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's
county are hereby authorized and empowered to grant an
annual pension, not exceeding fifty dollars, to Samuel De
Coursey, of said county, during the natural life of said Samuel
De Coursey, and to levy said sum on the assessable property
of said county.
