proprietors; the term of service of said directors shall continue
for one year or until another election is held. The first elec-
tion under the provisions of this act shall be held on the first
Monday in May, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, or as soon
thereafter as convenient. The directors thereafter shall be
elected annually, at such time and place, and in such manner
as the by-laws of this corporation may direct; the directors
for the time being, or a majority of them, shall have the power
to elect a president and secretary and a treasurer from their
own body; to fill vacancies when they occur; to require the
secretary and treasurer to give bonds, as in their judgment may
seem sufficient.

May sell
burial lots,

SEC. 3. And lie it enacted, That said board of directors shall
have power to lay out, sell or dispose of burial lots, to contract
'for and purchase way or ways to and from said cemetery
whenever the exigencies of the case require the same, and
shall have supervision and control of the graveyard, as now
enclosed, lying on the public road leading from Stevensville
to Kent Island Narrows, between said Stevensville and the
bridge known as Steam Mill bridge, and lying partly in Coxes'
creek, for the purpose only of keeping said graveyard in repair.

Membership.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That any person may become a
member of this association or corporation, upon such terms as
may be prescribed by the by-laws of said corporation or asso-
ciation.

Effective.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 237.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 202
of the Acts passed January session, 1892, entitled "An Act to
regulate fishing with hook and line in the waters of Back
river, Seneca creek, Seneca river, Salt Petre river and
Middle river and their tributaries, in Baltimore County."

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That chapter 202 of the acts passed January
session, 1892, entitled "An Act to regulate fishing with hook
and line in the waters of Back river, Seneca creek, Seneca
