CHAPTER 145.
AN ACT to refund to Aubrey Pearre, William Pearre and
George R. Pearre, a sum of money improperly paid into
the State Treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
the State of Maryland, That the treasurer, on the warrant of
the comptroller, be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to pay to the order of Aubrey Pearre, William Pearre and
George A. Pearre, the sum of four thousand seven hundred
and fifty dollars, improperly paid by them into the treasury of
the State, as bondsmen of J. Graham Pearre.

CHAPTER 146.
AN ACT to incorporate the Towson Water Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That William A. Hanway, G. Herbert Rice, John
I. Yellott, Milton W. Offutt, John B. Longnecker, David G.
McIntosh, John Ridgely, of H., Robert R. Boarman and
William H. Ruby, and their successors, be and they are hereby
constituted a body corporate and politic under the name and
style of the "Towson Water Company," and by that name shall
have perpetual succession.
