CHAPTER 107.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 68
of Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Testamentary Law," .sub-title "Administration Pendente
Lite."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 68 of Article 93 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title
" Administration Pendente Lite," be and the same is hereby
repealed and re enacted with amendments, so as to read as
follows :

Repeal.

68. In all cases where the validity of a will is or shall be
contested, letters of administration, pending such contest may,
in the discretion of the Orphans' Court, be granted to the
person named executor or to the person to whom the largest
portion of the personal estate may be bequeathed in such con-
tested will, or to the person who would be entitled to letters of
administration by law, as in cases of intestacy.

CHAPTER 108.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 2 and 5 of Article 12 of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Bastardy and
Fornication," and to re-enact the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 2 and 5 of article 12 of the Code:

hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
