CHAPTER 95.

AN ACT to repeal Section 1 of the Act of Assembly of 1892,
Chapter 653, entitled "An Act to protect brook trout in
Baltimore County," and re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That section 1 of the act of
assembly of 1892, chapter 653, be repealed and re-enacted so
as to read as follows :

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall not be lawful in Baltimore county
for any person to take, catch or kill any brook trout less than
six inches in length, or in any manner or by any contrivance
whatsoever, saving only with line and hook, baited or tied
with the artificial fly; or to take, catch or kill or have in his
possession any brook trout, except during the months of

March, April, May and June; or obstruct in any way any
stream in which trout have been placed, under penalty of ten
dollars for each and every brook trout so taken, caught or
killed or had in his possession, and a like penalty for each and
every such obstruction; but this section shall not prevent any
person or corporation from catching brook trout in any manner
or at any time in water owned by him or them or upon his or
their premises, to stock other waters.

Penalty.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the day of its passage.

Approved March 15th, 1894.

Effective.

CHAPTER 96.

AN ACT to extend the privileges and otherwise amend the
charter of Somerset Savings, Building and Loan Associa-
tion, a corporation erected under the General Laws of the
State.


WHEREAS, A certificate of incorporation of the Somerset
Savings, Building and Loan Association, with its principal
offices at Crisfield, Somerset county, was approved by His
Honor Chas. F. Holland, a judge of the First Judicial Circuit
