and ninety-two, respecting the appointment of a clerk to the
Board of County Commissioners, and the drainage and im-
provement of the county roads, and to enact the two follow-

County," sub-title "Oysters," to follow section 196 in said
article, to be designated as section 196 A, relating to the

ing proceedings of the justices of the peace in cases for

posed upon packers, shippers and wholesale and retail dealers
in oysters, by section 20 H of article 72 of the Code of Public
General Laws, as enacted by chapter 278 of the Code of the

sion, 1892, and the payment of the salaries of the several
oyster inspectors appointed under the provisions of section
