10. To the Hebrew Orphan Asylum of Baltimore city, the
sum of two thousand dollars for the fiscal year eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-five, and the like sum of two thousand dollars
for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety-six.

11. To the St. Vincent's Asylum of Baltimore city, the sum
of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year eighteen hundred
and ninety-five, and the like sum of five thousand dollars for
the fiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety six.

12. To the Baltimore Manual Labor School, the sum of two
thousand dollars for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and
ninety-five, and the like sum of two thousand dollars for the
fiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety-six.

13. To the Board of Managers of the Home of Incurables,
in Baltimore city, the sum of two thousand dollars for the
fiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and the like sum
of two thousand dollars for the fiscal year eighteen hundred
and ninety-six.

14. To the Lying-in Hospital for Indigent Women, the sum
of three thousand dollars for the fiscal year eighteen hundred
and ninety-five, and the like sum of three thousand dollars for
the fiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety-six.

15. To the Industrial Home for Colored Girls, the sum of
three thousand five hundred dollars for the fiscal year eighteen
hundred and ninety-five, and the like sum of three thousand
five hundred dollars for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and
ninety-six.

16. To the Maryland Institute for the Promotion of
Mechanic Arts, the sum of eight thousand dollars for the
fiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and the like sum
of eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year eighteen hundred
and ninety-six; provided, that one free scholar be received
from each county of the State, and one from each legislative
district of Baltimore city, to be selected by the school commis-
sioners of the counties and Baltimore city, respectively.

17. To the Home of the Friendless of Baltimore city, the
sum of three thousand dollars for the fiscal year eighteen hun-
dred and ninety five, and the like sum of three thousand dollars
for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and ninety-six.
