the same is hereby amended so as to authorize the pro-
prietors of Loudon Park Cemetery Company to set aside,
from time to time, a fund, and the same invest for future
maintenance of said cemetery and the care and preservation
of the same.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said Loudon

take, receive and hold, by gifts, bequests and otherwise, con-
tributions toward the maintenance of said cemetery and for
the care and preservation of said cemetery and lots therein.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the said Loudon
Park Cemetery Company be and it is hereby authorized to
take assignments of lots in said cemetery restricting inter-
ments in said lots as shall be provided in said assignment.

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 82.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 61
of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Car-
roll County," sub-title "Justice of the Peace and Con-
stables."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 61 of Article 7 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Carroll County," sub-title "Justice of
the Peace and Constables," be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as
follows :
Section 61. That each and every justice of the poace of

Carroll county shall file with the County Commissioners of
said county on the first Monday of April, July, October and
January, in each and every year, an account verified by his
oath or affirmation, of all fines, forfeitures and penalties
imposed by him under the laws of this State, which said
account shall show the names of the parties, the fines and
penalties imposed, together with the amount of costs and to
whom the said costs were due; and the said justices shall,
at the time of filing said account, pay over to the said County
Commissioners the amount of all fines, penalties, forfeitures
