AN ACT to repeal Chapter 253 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1904, regulating the closed season for hunting in Anne Arundel County and Prince George's County, and to re-enact the same with amendments. It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, catch, trap or kill, any partridge or quail, pheasant or rabbit when
