CHAP. 379

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Harford county be

annually a sum of money, not to exceed one hundred dollars,
for the support of Edward W. Johnson of said county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 380.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 253 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1904,
regulating the closed season for hunting in Anne Arundel
County and Prince George's County, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

kill, trap, take or have in his possession in Prince George's

shot, killed, caught or in possession; and in default of said
fine and costs the offender, on conviction before a justice of
the peace, shall be confined in the county jail for twenty days
or until such fine and costs are paid, unless sooner dis-
charged by operation of law.
3. It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, catch,
trap or kill, any partridge or quail, pheasant or rabbit when
