CHAP. 370

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 371.
AN ACT to add a new section to Chapter 631 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1904, entitled "An Act to add a new section
to Chapter 411 of the Acts of 1896," to follow immediately
after Section 136, and to be known as Section 136 A.
Said new section is hereby added to be designated as
Section 136 B.

SECTION 1.Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added

re-enacted by Chapter 631 of the Acts of 1904, said section
to follow 136 A, to be known as 136 B, and to read as follows r
136 B. One-half of all said license fees collected under the

the sale of intoxicating liquors within the corporate limits of
Ocean City for the period of time beginning May 1, 1906,
and ending April 30, 1908, shall be paid by the said clerk
of the court of Worcester county to the Mayor and City
Council of Ocean City.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 372.
AN ACT for the protection of Foxes in Cecil County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That any person or persons who shall shoot, kill or

misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall pay a fine
of ten dollars for every such, offence, together with the costs

from the date of its passage.
