WHEREAS, The said Clara V. Roe obtained from the clerk
of the Circuit Court for Talbot county a license to use the
vessel called "Zingara" for taking and catching oysters with122
scoop and sc the waters of the Choptank River; and
WHEREAS, On account of the sickness of John E. Roe, the
master of said vessel, the said ve'ssel has not been employed
since the license was obtained, and is still sick and in needy
circumstances; therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary

land. That the County Commissioners of Talbot county be
authorized to refund to Clara V. Roe the sum of $19.62,
money paid to the clerk of the Circuit Court for Talbot county
for license to use the vessel called the "Zingara," in taking
oysters with scoop and scrape in the waters of the Choptank
river during the season of 1905 and 1906.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 365.
AN ACT to amend Article 7 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Carroll County," sub-title "Roads," by
repealing Sections 134 to 138, inclusive, of said Article,
and the provisions of Chapter 164 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its January
Session 1902, and to add new sections to said Article,
providing for a general road system for Carroll County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

to said Article 7, under the sub-title "Roads," to be desig-
nated Sections 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 138A, 138 B, 138 C
and 138 D, to read as follows :
