SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That the commissioners of
Denton, at a special election to be held on the third Saturday
in April, 1906, shall submit to the qualified voters of said
town the question whether or not said bonds shall be issued
as hereinbefore provided, and at such elections all voters
desiring to vote on said question shall cast a ballot on which
shall be written or printed the words " For the Sewer " or
" Against the Sewer," as the voter shall desire, and if a
majority of the votes cast at said election shall be " For the
Sewer," the said commissioners of Denton shall have power
to issue bonds to the extent of said sum of $3,000, or any
part thereof, for the purpose herein provided for; but if a
majority of the votes cast at such election shall be "Against
the Sewer," then such bonds shall not be issued; and it
shall be the duty of the said commissioners of Denton to
give five days' notice of the time, place and object of such
special election, and they shall cause this Act to be pub-
lished in one or more newspapers printed in said town at
least five days before such election.
SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That said commissioners of

Denton shall appoint three voters to act as judges at said
special election, and the judges so appointed before opening
said special election shall make oath before a justice of the
peace for Caroline county that he will faithfully and impar-
tially permit every person to vote at such special election
who shall be qualified to vote for commissioners of said town
at the election to be held in 1906, and that he will not suffer
any person to vote at such election who shall not be legally
qualified to vote as aforesaid.

SEC. 14. And be it enacted, That the judges of said special
election shall report the result of said election to the com-
missioners of Denton who shall declare the result of said
election and record the same among their minutes.
SEC. 15. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
