said dog without wearing such tag as is provided for in this
Act, any resident or landowner may kill said dog found going
at large without wearing the aforesaid tag, and that any per-
son may kill any dog, whether tagged or not, which may be
caught in the act of killing, destroying, worrying or chasing
sheep either upon their own land or that of another, for
which killing the owner of said dog so killed shall be
debarred from recovering any sum in any court of this State
as damages for such killing.

93 H. And be it enacted, That any person who shall malici-
