hands, to dredge for oysters during the season beginning
November 1, 1903, and ending March 15, 1904, paying
therefor to said Comptroller one hundred and seven dollars
iind forty cents ($107.40); and
WHEREAS, The said schooner "Mary O'Brien" was dis-
masted and a total loss on Love Point in the Chesapeake
bay, on or about the 10th day of November, 1903, and the
said schooner not therefore having been used at all for dredg-
ing oysters during said season; therefore

land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon
the treasury of the State in favor of Patrick O'Brien, of
Baltimore, Md., for the sum of one hundred and seven
dollars and forty cents ($107.40), (the sum being the propor-
tionate part of said sum so paid as aforesaid by him to cover
the respective periods of said oyster season, after said
schooner was wrecked and lost as aforesaid), out of any
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 289.
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly to the sale, grant and conveyance to " Laurel
Parsonage Board of Prince George's County," a body cor-
porate, by Susan R. Cronmiller, Catharine Cronmiller and
Hester W. Coal of a lot of ground at Laurel, in Prince
George's county.
SECTION 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly

of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
of about fifty by one hundred and fifty feet, on Montgomery,
street, in the town of Laurel, Prince George's county, to
Laurel parsonage board of Prince George's cOunty, a body
corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of this State,
by Susan R. Cronmiller, Catharine Cronmiller and Hester
