following language, to wit: I give, bequeath and devise all
the rest and residue of the estate and property, of every
kind and description, real, personal and mixed, whenever
acquired and whereso located, of which I die seized and
possessed or in any wise entitled to, to my beloved wife,
Matilda J. Price, for and during her natural life, and no
longer, and at her death I give, bequeath and devise all said
rest and residue of my estate and property to my adopted
son, J. Frank Harper, for and during his natural life, and
no longer, and at and after his death I give and bequeath
and devise all said rest and residue of my estate and prop-
erty to the trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church at
Centreville, in Queen Anne's county, in the State of Mary-
land, a body corporate, in fee simple.
35. To the acquisition by the trustees of the South Bal-
timore Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore city, Mary-
land, a body corporate, to the devise by Emma C. Penn, late
of Baltimore city, deceased, by her last will and testament,
recorded among the will records of Baltimore city in Liber
B. E. S. No. 94, folio 18, etc., of the three certain ground
rents issuing out of certain property in the city of Baltimore,
known as Nos. 609, 611 and 613 west Hamburg street.
36. To the bequest in the last will and testament of David
M. Bringle, late of Frederick county, Maryland, of five hun-
dred dollars to the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Frederick.

37. To the sale, grant and deed made and executed by
Franklin A. Grant, of the lot and premises known as No.
1625 Bolton street, in the city of Baltimore, to the trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Strawbridge Sta-
tion, in the city of Baltimore, said deed bearing date May
27, 1905, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
city in Liber R. O. No. 2147, folio 319, etc., and to the mort-
gaging, leasing or otherwise disposing of the same.
38. To the gift, devise and bequest of Mary Francis G.
Macatee, late of Baltimore city, in the State of Maryland,
deceased, made in her last will and testament duly recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore city afore-
said, Of all the rest and residue of her estate to the Rev.
Richard Paul Kane, the rector at the time of her death of St.
Mary's Roman Catholic Church at Clermont Mills, Harford
county, Maryland.
