sage of this Act and after the first levy hereunder is made
cause and procure a survey to be made of Tuxedo Park on
or as near as practicable to the lines as herein designated,
locating the same by metes and bounds, and the costs of
said survey shall be deducted from the first assessment, as
herein provided for.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 156.

AN ACT exempting the Elk's Club of Frederick City from
the provisions of the Act of Assembly of 1898, Chapter
246.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Elk's Club of Frederick city be and they are
hereby exempted from the provisions of the Acts of Assem-
bly of 1898, Chapter 246.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
